You may use the site for lawful business information and contact purposes. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with security, engage in abusive scraping, or use the site for spam or unlawful activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access upon misuse or security risk.

Site information (service descriptions, modules, blogs, or marketing materials) is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal or compliance advice, nor a binding security assessment of your environment.

Any assessment, pentest, SOC, or other professional service is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, SOW, MSA, or service order).

Cybersecurity, development, cloud services, and the CyberwareLab platform (including modules such as cwGRC, cwSCAN, and cwWATCH) are offered subject to availability and specific contracts.

Pricing, timelines, SLAs, scope, and responsibilities are defined only in those contracts. Listing a service on the site does not create an obligation to deliver it under particular terms.

Unless otherwise stated, site content — text, marks, logos, designs, graphics, and associated software — is owned by WW Cyberware Solutions LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No license is granted to copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit such content without prior written authorization.

By submitting the contact form, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the data indicated. We may respond by email or other reasonable channels.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless a services contract provides another forum, disputes solely about site use shall be submitted to the competent courts in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on the site. The update date indicates when they take effect. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the site.
